This tournament is a nightmare for families. Friday game at 5:00pm which meant kids getting picked up from school early, then 11am Saturday and not again until 8:30pm and a venue change. Now a Sunday game at 2pm. Way too expensive-$45 per person then driving all over the place and having a 9 hour break was too much. Facilities nice, refs good.

This tournament was poorly organized and caused significant scheduling problems. The schedule changed less than 48 hours before the start and the first round was moved to Friday night. Weekend fee was $45 per person. The shortest gap between rounds was about five hours, and seating varied by site—some venues had very limited seating. When we called for information, calls went to voicemail. Several teams elected to forfeit rounds. The event also invited a large number of teams and only allowed their vendor to sell merchandise, which contributed to long waits and a crowded schedule. For future events, limiting entries and using no more than two facilities could help keep it to a two-day format. Based on our experience, we will avoid this tournament in the future.
